Brings a wealth of international experience to the team. Laura grew up in Hamburg, Germany, and later moved to Tel Aviv to study Communications, where she gained a fresh perspective on living abroad. After several years in Tel Aviv, she returned to Germany before settling in Switzerland, where she worked with Deloitte in Zurich, focusing on Consulting and Risk Advisory. Later, when Laura moved to Milan with her husband and children, she experienced firsthand the complexities and unique challenges of transitioning to life in Italy. This personal journey deepened her understanding of the support families need to make such a move successfully.
Having faced the hurdles of several relocations herself, Laura decided to create a service that helps others navigate the often-daunting process of settling in Italy. Proud Venetian by heritage and Milanese by adoption, holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the prestigious University of Ca' Foscari in Venice. From the outset of her career, Margherita channeled her passion for communication into organizing high-profile national and international events, including major initiatives for organizations such as UNICEF and AMFAR.
Her deep-rooted expertise in public relations has enabled her to build strong connections with top executives, celebrities, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) across the globe. She has also worked closely with esteemed Italian families, including more than 11 years as a Private Personal Assistant to the Princess Fürstenberg family, providing tailored, discreet services.
Currently, Margherita serves as Head of Personal Assistance & Relocation Manager at Ancora Milano. She specializes in managing every aspect of relocation for international executives moving to Italy, ensuring a seamless experience for both them and their families. From handling logistical needs to offering personal assistance, Margherita is committed to providing comprehensive support at every step.
